My passion is longevity. I work with women in their 40s who are beginning to feel the effects of shifting hormones and who want real answers, not generic advice.

It encompasses how you move, how you sleep, how you manage stress, how you nourish your gut, how you reduce your toxic load, and how you align with the natural rhythms of your body through every stage of life. My name is Desirée Windfuhr. I’m a certified holistic health coach (College of Naturopathic Medicine, London), a GGS-certified menopause coaching specialist, and currently completing an MSc in Nutritional Therapy because I believe the women I work with deserve a coach who never stops learning.
I’m also a mother of three, a woman in my 40s, and someone who has lived on two continents across four countries. I understand the particular kind of pressure that builds when you’re holding everything together and silently wondering when it became so hard to take care of yourself.
