At Female Wellness Coach, I am dedicated to helping you create lasting habits that bring you closer to a healthy and vibrant life. My passion is longevity and I love serving busy women in their fourties and helping them prepare for an amazing menopause experience.
To me, well-being extends beyond just nutrition or exercise; it encompasses a holistic perspective. This includes toxin-free living, mindful physical activity, managing stress, prioritising self-care, finding purpose, understanding how to restore balance, fostering meaningful connection with others, and aligning with the natural rhythms of both the external environment and our internal cycles. My coaching helps you unlock these areas, identify where your life needs greater nourishment, and then supports you in figuring out the steps it will take you to get where you want to be.
My name is Desirée Windfuhr and I am at the heart of this wellness sanctuary. I am a certified and accredited holistic health coach (College of Naturopathic Medicine, London) and a GGS certified menopause coaching specialist, focusing on nutrition and lifestyle factors to optimise your hormones, gut, nutrition and wellbeing in general.
A lifelong passion for holistic health and nutritional wellness led me to leave a career in corporate, pursue qualifications in the health field and start my practice under the Female Wellness Coach brand. In addition to being a health coach, I am also a mother to three girls, a wife, friend, sister and daughter and am fully acquainted with the pressures that can come with these roles, especially as a woman approaches midlife. I am a multi-cultural person, having lived on two continents and in four countries – so far.
No matter who you are or where you live, the female wellness community is one of acceptance, clarity and femininity. This 90 day coaching programme is for you if you:

After focusing on everything but yourself for most of your life (kids, family, career or business), you’ve suddenly started noticing subtle (or not so subtle) changes in your body that daren't as easy to ignore as they used to be. Your skin isn’t what it was. Perhaps, your metabolism feels slow and sluggish. Maybe you've started to experience random sweats, poor sleep or anxiety and random mood changes.
More or less from their 40s onwards, women step into a new chapter in their lives. Starting with perimenopause which can last from 1 - 15 years depending on each woman, every woman eventually arrives at menopause (defined as not having had a period for 12 months).
Rather than this being the end of an era, I like to see this as the beginning of a new, beautiful chapter in a woman’s life. The beginning of an era of female leadership where women step into their power and tune into their bodies.

Creating a vision for tomorrow
- you will create your own menopause vision statement.
- we look at your wheel of life and figure out what is important to you as you embark on this new chapter of the continued journey that is life, and we will create a plan that will help you get there
- we look at beauty through the lense of aging, discuss the products you use and talk about your biggest worries. I will develop a personalised face taping routine that will help you train your face muscles as you sleep.
